My name is Lisa Collins. I was awarded a Distinction in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (BTEC level 2) whilst on placement at Hartley Primary Academy.  I started working for Tiny Tigers in 2010, gaining some extra experience at Hickory House during 2014.  I hold many certificates for early years related subjects including a full and current paediatric first aid certificate and continue to develop my training by attending courses.  

Tanya Wade

My name is Tanya Wade and I have a Btec national diploma in child care/nursery nursing.  I also have many childcare certificates including a full and current paediatric first aid certificate and continue to update my existing skills  and knowledge by attending relevant training.

I have worked in childcare for 28 years including nurseries and a Sen school. I joined Tiny Tigers is January 2016.

LAUREN MCCARTHY

My name is Lauren McCarthy.  I joined Tiny Tigers pre-school in January 2020 as an apprentice,working towards my level 3 childcare qualification. In January 2021 I was offerered a position at Tiny Tigers as a key person practitioner.  I hope to complete my level 3 qualification in November 2021.

Sally Sullivan

My name is Sally Sullivan I hold a Level 3 childcare qualification and gained a childminding course in July 2010.  I also hold many childcare related certificates including a full and current paediatric first aid certificate and continue to update my existing skills and knowledge.  I have many years childcare experience as I was a childminder for 6 years before joining Tigers in 2016 as a Pre school practitioner. I was then promoted to joint deputy manager in January 2020.
