My name is Sarah Mitchie. I have 8 years experience working in childcare and I hold a level 3 qualification. I relocated from an outstsanding nursery in Bromley as I moved to New Ash Green a year ago and joined Tiny Tigers pre school in September 2023.
Jessica Davies
Early Years Educator
My name is Jessica Davies. I joined Tiny Tigers as a SEN one 2 one in January 2022. I have undertaken many early years training courses and I am always looking to upskill my knowledge around early years education and special education needs.
Sophie Mastin
Deputy MANAGER
My name is Sophie Mastin and I hold a level 2,3 and 4 diploma in childcare. I have 16 years childcare experience. I worked in 3 day nurseries, a room leader for 2 nurseries and deputy manager at one nursery. I also hold many childcare related certificates including a full and current paediatric first aid certificate and continue to attend relevant training to update and refresh my existing skill. I joined Tiny Tigers in September 2018 initially as a Pre school practitioner and then as deputy manager in April 2019.
Natlaie Brown
Owner
My name is Natalie Brown I hold a Montessori teaching diploma. I also have many childcare certificates and continually update my training and refresh my existing skills. I am the owner of Tiny Tigers Pre school and initially opened in 2003 from my parents home in Hartley, relocated to Southfleet Village hall in 2007 for 12 years. We have since relocated to Our Lady of Hartley primary school in January 2020.
Jade Metland
Early years apprentice
My name is Jade. I joined Tiny Tigers in September 2023 as an Early Years apprentice whilst training for my level 3 qualification. I have always had a special interest around early years and especially special educational needs.
